A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date for Balloon Decor Parker CO, Balloon Decor Centennial CO, Balloon Decor Aurora CO, sleepover rentals, and event styling services.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due before your scheduled setup date.

Cancellation Policy

All retainers are non-refundable. Date changes for balloon decor or sleepover rentals may be accommodated based on availability.

Weather Policy

Outdoor Balloon Garlands Parker CO and Balloon Arch Parker CO installations are weather-dependent. Once installed, the client is responsible for any weather-related damage or changes.

Damage Policy

Clients are responsible for any damage to rental items during the event, including balloon decor, backdrops, marquee items, and sleepover equipment.

Setup & Breakdown

Access to the event space is required for setup and breakdown. Timing will be arranged in advance.

Photography Release Optional

We may photograph completed setups for marketing use. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to have your event photographed.
